Commercial Vegetable Production (Doņa Ana County) Dona Ana County has been hard hit by cimatic and economic issues. The goal of this program is to strengthen commercial vegetable production in New Mexico by educating clientele in best practices for increasing production and processing efficiency.

Labor and water issues have become an increasing burden to the pecan farmer. New management practices will be assessed to demonstrate enhanced profitability.
