The events allowed agents from the RAIPAP Community Outreach & Assistance Program the opportunity to develop interact with participants which in turn develops trust. The Acoma Ag Day once again allowed program agents to work closely with members of the Pueblo to host an event for their community that provided educational programs and information that was pertinent to their Pueblo. Because of the success of last year’s event the Pueblo of Acoma government official took a greater interest in planning and partnering with NMSU to make sure of the continued success of this event.
