It was held on April 1, and 2nd at the Farm and Ranch Museum in Las Cruces. There were 400 participants who attended throughout the two days. The event was made available for 4th grade students from the surrounding Las Cruces schools. The agent worked on grants to help increase funding to provide transportation for the participants since budgets were very tight for the school. The teachers did mention that it was one of the best agricultural programs that they had been invited to.
