The Equal Opportunity Clause is located on all 4-H newsletters as well as all promotional brochures.
4-H Recruitment Events were held at a variety of locations around the county including Booker T. Washington Elementary, Gym Magic, Environmental Health Fair, City of Las Cruces Electric Light Parade, NM Farm and Ranch Heritage Museum Harvest Days, and the Kids Kows and More Program with the Las Cruces Public Schools.
Agent is kept informed of Civil Rights information through regular County Staff Meetings. Agent is aware of location of Civil Rights files and contributes to them regularly.
