19 adult leaders attended a Leaders Training in December conducted by agents. Leaders obtained information on the enrollment process for the new 4-H year, updates and 4-H calendar.

Adult enrollment:
21 adult volunteer leaders completed the screening process and enrolled as club and assistant club leaders in Doņa Ana County. There is a total enrollment of 89 leaders in the county.

The State 4-H specialist and members of the leadership team designed a workshop presented at New Mexico Leaders Forum on recruiting and retaining senior 4-H members that 8% of the leaders attended.
New Mexico 4-H Leaders Forum Designed a workshop with members of the State 4-H Leadership Team on educational activities that leaders could use for workshops or activities during a 4-H meeting. 15% of the leaders attending the event participated in the workshop.
