| Impact Report | The agent and staff have updated civil rights files after the civil rights review. A consistent effort is made by agent and staff to keep these files current. A non discrimination statement is used on all educational publications, flyers and press releases. Agent and staff participated in a Civil Rights Centra Session on 1/10/07 presented by Lori Osborn. Chaves County Extension discusses Civil Rights at staff meetings. Agent, staff and volunteers work together to ensure every effort is taken to meet requirements of Civil Rights. In addition steps have been taken to offer non-tradtional programs to aquire more non-tradtional participation. Agent continues to make every effort to provide extension programming to all audiences including Spanish speaking audiences. |
