Impact Report 2011 Multi-County Leader Training Agent coordinated with county home economist and two state 4-H specialists to put on a 4-H Leader/Adult Volunteer Training and a Welcome to 4-H Workshop. The two State 4- Specialists, Linda Schultz and Mindy Turner, presented the 4-H Leader/Adult Volunteer Training, while agent and county home economist presented the Welcome to 4-H Workshop. The 4-H Leader/Adult Volunteer Training was open to surrounding counties as well. The State 4-H Specialists covered four topics with the adults, they were; The Basics of 4-H, How to Prevent Hum Drum Meetings, Project Leader Tips, and How to Make your Club Better by Delegating Responsibility. The training was informative and useful. Each participant identified a problem that was solved through the training.
