| Impact Report | Civil Rights files are on-going and coded as sign-up sheets come in. Publicity is tracked and every effort made to reach the population make-up of Grant County, via local newspaper, local radio stations, and posters in strategic locations where permissible. Phone messages are filed and notations made addressing information mailed or conveyed over the phone or by email. Quarterly newsletter mailing list is coded for civil rights and updated accordingly. |
