| Impact Report | Novice Fun Fest: The Agent works with county community clubs to plan, prepare and conduct this annual event which promotes the various projects offered through the 4-H program. This event gives junior and senior 4-H members the opportunity to showcase and demonstrate the 4-H projects they have worked on during their 4-H careers. 50 people attended this event which gave our novice 4-Hers the opportunity to have hands-on learning experiences of many of the different projects offered in 4-H. 40% of the youth in attendance said they learned something new about a project they wanted to enroll in the next 4-H year. |
