| Impact Report | Civil rights files were maintained throughout the year and filed in compliance with Civil Rights policy. Civil Rights have been discussed during staff meetings. New agents and staff have been informed as to Civil Right guidelines. A non-discrimination statement is printed on all publications, news releases, announcements, flyers, and monthly newsletters presented to the public. Agent, staff, and volunteers continue to work together to ensure every effort is taken to include non-traditional clientele in programs offered by the Chaves County Extension Service. |
