Evaluation Plan
The evaluation process will include an annual assessment of 4-H member enrollments, including data on changes in enrollment in specific project areas. Data will be collected on competition successes, and participation in 4-H competitions at County, State and National levels. Contacts made through non-traditional programs will be documented and recorded each year.
