Plan Goal
To help and encourage small agriculture producers in Guadalupe County to visualize means and methods whereby they can improve on the overall effcinency of their cow herd
Situation Statement
Many small ranch producers have the desire to improve their herd health and to improve thier reproductivity of thier herd and mange toward profitablilty .
Target Audience and Actions
The target audience is the 45 producers in Guadalupe county Livestock producers Assocation
Short-Term Objectives
To provide many experitse ideas wherby they can began to see succeess in their herd and livestock To develop a trust between Extension and the producers assocaition
Medium-Term Objectives
To have 40 percent of the producers utilize help from extension .
Long-Term Objectives
To improve the total effecincy of 90 percent of all producers that are in the Gudalupe County producers assaiciation .
Evaluation Plan
The evalutaion will be by having the majority of producers inthe association converge on extension ideas and ways and means of doing busines and realizing the value they they place on extension ideas when talking to others.
