Plan Goal

Helping young age children and youth to masterskill training as perscribed by the 4h curriculum

Situation Statement

The New Mexico 4h youth developmwent will insure that all youth have skill training and goals sufficient to meet their needs . That all youth will have and can particpate in youth building models that will enhance their ablility . Help in thier sense of belonging and create the cooperative spirit that makes the sytem work .

Target Audience and Actions

The need to continue to reach out to underserved minoiritys and to help small communities will be our main responsiblitiys such as Anton Chico and Vaughn areas . We will utilize leaders and 4h assisstants that live in the areas . As well as the church for people that can help us .

Short-Term Objectives

The first year youth will invlove themselves in fun activities that foster commerodery and self relience as well as career exploration The second year youth will involve themselves with greater involvement and learning combined with understanding . the third year youth will take on the needs of helping and volunteering of themselves for the betterment of the club An finally the fourth year youth will take on the needs of the club and take on a greater role of leadership combined with the need to excell among themselves and other both locally and on a state wide basis

Medium-Term Objectives

50 percent of second year youth will learn concpets thru subject mater training leadership skills county camps and competive events . 20 percent of third year youth will gain leadership skills and communtiy skill enough to help provide the learning to other youth .

Long-Term Objectives

12 percent of our local 4h youth will gain leadership skill competeive sjills and community minded skill enough to care on the local club activities and These skill to include public speaking competive and repetive skills and commnication skill and volunteering and helping as well as organizational skills .

Evaluation Plan

By moblizing at least 15 to 20 youth each year as they began to take over these job requirement as assigned by the local leaders and see the responsiblity that they bring forth thru their years of learning and to be able to see these youth continue to give back thier trianing to other youth thru the years.
