2009-2010
The Rio Arriba County Program unit continues to do an in office review in the month of January. Since the start of the Plan or Work in 2007 the time period reviews have worked well. Not all staff is able to participate but we try to include most of the staff in the process. Every year improvements are made to easily comply with documentation.

Rio Arriba County Extension programs are advertised as “programs are available for everyone” and EEO statements and disability compliant on all materials. Rio Arriba County Extension personnel strive to make a conscious effort to include all audiences in programs that are fair and impartial to everyone. Invitation letters are also sent out to target audiences and Civil rights files are maintained to insure documentation. This year the Rio Arriba County office scheduled a review and training for the entire staff on the first week of January 2007. Beyond the regular maintenance of Civil Rights files the Rio Arriba County Office will try to hold a scheduled full review and update of Civil Rights files at this time of the year every year for the entire staff.
