Plan Goals
Increase participation of minority, low income and non-traditional audiences in Cooperative Extension programs in Santa Fe County. Participation of such audience will help to improve their economic and social wellbeing.

The 4-H Agricultural Agent has developed an educational display board in Spanish relative to Chick Embryology to be able to communicate more clearly with elementary school-aged youth in classes that are predominantly Spanish speaking student on this popular School Enrichment.
The Santa Fe County staff prepared for and participated in the Civil Rights Review scheduled every four years. While some of the documents is pretty complete, follow-up efforts have been made to correct deficiencies identified by the review team.
Patrick Torres has signed on to support Civil Rights within Santa Fe County.
