Web Consultation -- The web group provided considerable web consultation for projects beyond the development scope of the unit, but which still impact AES and CES interests, such as helping map out best practices and web templates for the NMSU's web presence, and
providing supervisory support for a position responsible for
maintaining the quality of the general web functionality of NMSU. They also participated in professional development organizations with peers at other land-grant institutions through ACE and NETC, having
helped host the 2007 ACE/NETC Conference in Albuquerque (http://acenetc2007.nmsu.edu).

Custom Web Development -- The web group provided ongoing custom web development for specialized uses, such as contact forms, data collection forms, database-driven applications, web sites for special initiatives, etc. Examples include: the new Weeds information web
site (http://weeds.nmsu.edu), the Avian Influenza site (http:// www.nmbirdflu.org), the Plan of Work site (http://pow.nmsu.edu), the
4-H Photography Project site (http://kidsnaps.org), EHE Directory for Home Economists (http://cahe.nmsu.edu/ces/eheprograms), etc.

Web Maintenance and Support -- The web group provided ongoing maintenance and support of well over 100 web sites supporting AES, CES, and academic goals. This service includes a combination of direct content changes as well as the support and training of various organizational units in maintaining the content on their own sites.

At the 2007 Extension Conference, representatives from the web group, video group, print group and news group set up a table to meet and discuss needs with agents and specialists. In addition over 500 videos were distributed free of charge for use in Extension programming.
