Impact Report Although an official organizational leaders meeting was not organized by the agent this year, the agent did bring leaders together to receive literature and learn about club identification numbers that are going to be required by the government. The agent compiled packets for each organizational leader containing new 4-H year materials (member and leader enrollment forms, code of conduct forms, project short lists). The club leaders received all the literature needed to begin the enrollment process. Club maintenance topics such as record books, Friends of 4-H, attendance, club goals, 4-H handbook, fundraising projects, training needs, were some of the topics the agent assisted with throughout the year. The agent also keeps in close contact with the leaders through brief monthly emails. The agent will continue to keep in contact via email and letters to keep all the leaders and clubs up to date with county, district, and state events. This will also help to train the new leaders to be efficient and to better serve their clubs and the county council.
