| Impact Report | ATV Safety Curry County 4-H agent presented the ATV Safety workshop at the Clovis Farm Safety Day Camp. 4th Graders from Curry, Roosevelt, and Quay counties in NM and Parmer County in Texas along with teachers and parents attended Progressive Farm Safety Day at the fairgrounds in Clovis, NM. 954 youth, teachers, and parents were instructed on safety equipment, laws, proper riding techniques, and safe handling of an ATV. Youth were quizzed by the instructor at the end of the workshop on each of these areas and knowledge was gained in all areas taught. |
