Impact Report | Volunteer leaders are vital to the Curry county 4-H program. Changes put in place from the University allowed both staff and volunteer leaders to go through a process that was new to all of us. 118 adults filled out applications and went through the screening process allowing them to serve as volunteer leaders in Curry County. Volunteer Leaders from Curry County went to Portales for a Bi-County officer and leader training. Leaders gained knowledge on meeting procedure, youth activities, and leadership helping them to become more effective leaders. Organizational leaders were helped throughout the year by the 4-H agent on various topics to help them become better leaders. |
