| Impact Report | The agent and staff are working to maintain and update the current Civil Rights file. The agent has included the NMSU Civil Rights disclaimer on all outgoing educational information that is sent from the Lea extension office. Steps have been taken to assure that the current Advisory committee has equal representation from underserved audiences as well as all 4-H clubs and the community. Agent, staff and volunteers work together to ensure every effort is taken to meet requirements of Civil Rights. The agent has worked to provide non-traditional programming in the classroom and after school programs to reach out to under- served audiences. Current posters are also posted for staff and clientele to see in office. |
