Impact Report The Valencia County 4-H program continues to serve the youth in developing strong leadership skills. In 2006-2007 three officer leadership trainings were held. The trainings were for both the club and the county level officers. Officers gained a better knowledge base on how to use parliamentary procedure, running an effective meeting, and utilizing skills needed to be an effective leader in their clubs and community.
