| Impact Report | 4-H Shooting Sports Orientation & Basic Archery Workshops: This agent prepared materials stressing different 4-H Shooting Sports disciplines, project and contest guidelines for the shooting sports program. Due to incumbent weather, only one youth attended, so he mailed the materials to those who requested the materials. Similarly, he arranged for a basic archery workshop with three instructors and was set up outside for the event. Once again bad weather prevailed, the equipment was returned to storage and one member was able to arrive after the instructors had left. He worked with this youth on the archery requirements, checked her equipment and sent her home with handout materials. Two youth learned about firearms and archery safety and the Bernalillo County 4-H Shooting Sports programs. Both developed skills and competed at the County Shooting Sports competition. |
