Impact Report | Monthly Project Meetings-County 4-H Home Economist, adult volunteers and senior 4-H members presented monthly project meetings prior to each monthly council meeting. The agent worked with clothing members on their yearly projects while volunteers and senior members taught 4-H members about leathercraft, scrapbooking, and cake decorating. Each class lasted an hour and a half. Approximately 12 members were in attendance each month. Members learned the in’s and out’s of clothing construction including: the purpose of interfacing, how to put in zippers, and how to construct darts and pleats. |
