| Impact Report | County Disaster Plan The agent has been working with several producers and emergency personal from the county on developing an agro-terrorism emergency disaster plan for Colfax County. The agent worked with government officials, medical personnel, producers, and local elected officials to initiate the agro-terrorism emergency disaster plan for Colfax County. There were four individuals present at the two separate meetings who had a clear understanding of what Colfax County needed to develop as a result of this meeting. The plan is near completion of phase two which is the foundation for the other phases of the plan. As a result the Colfax County Emergency Manager has been able to apply for funding to complete the plan due to the wild fire that occurred in June of 2011. |
