Impact Report Pueblo Indian Agriculture Days Since food Preservation has gained popularity many programs have added them to their agenda. Several home economist provided Food Preservation as part of the Pueblo Indian Ag. Days. 15 men and women gained knowledge and took with them current information about Drying Food and Freezing Foods, and Canning and Pickling Fruits and Vegetables. In the future more programs will be adding Food Preservation to their programing itinerary.
