Jones Ranch Baptist group received several pounds of vegetables from the food pantry some of the vegetables were given to church members and what was left the home economist was called upon to teach members how to preserve. Church members watched the “So Easy to Preserve Canning Vegetables” video. With the help of the home economist they began the process preserving. 13 church members cleaned, blanched and canned 38 wide mouth jars of mixed vegetables.
