Impact Report 2011 Letters of Recommendation for Student Council Agent was contacted by two youth to write them letters of recommendation for their respective student councils. One of the youth has been a club officer for two years and is currently a County Council officer. The other youth is a longtime club officer. It was no problem to write letters of recommendation for two such responsible youth, and it is very telling that they thought of 4-H to show off how responsible they are.
