In addition, one more youth attended from our county as an assistant instructor. Youth reported having a great time and learning a lot. They said that they plan to go back next year. Agent did orientation and registration for 1 youth and 1 adult to attend the State 4-H Livestock School, specifically the Swine School. This was this young man’s first year showing livestock and it was a very good way to start. He learned a lot about care and showing of his pig. He came back and won a second in his class at county fair and was named the Grand Champion Junior Swine Showman his first year showing. |
