| Impact Report | 4-H Welding Workshop 8 youth and 3 leaders enrolled in the welding project attended a Welding Workshop. Participants gained knowledge in arc welding and safety, proper usage of equipment, torch cutting techniques and basic grinding. Youth participating in the training increased knowledge and skills related to critical thinking, self-motivation and goal setting. |
