| Impact Report | The agricultural agent maintains the agricultural events portion of the civil rights files. The Affirmative Action and the Americans with Disabilities Act statements are used on all flyers, program announcements, and advertisements for the Otero County Extension Office. Mass media, flyers, letters, website and email are utilized to inform potential recipients of Cooperative Extension programs and of opportunities to participate. The county agricultural agent communicates with the Otero Master Gardeners Association and 4-H Clubs the value of diversity and the expectations for equal opportunity requirements. |
