| Impact Report | 2010 Swine Sheep & Goat Selection Workshop Agent held three selection workshops in which power-point presentations were presentated for each species for 4-h members in three different clubs that were interested in purchasing livestock for this year’s show season. Agent’s presentation covered appropriate facilities, what to look for in the animal, proper feeding and nutrition, grooming, vaccination, and worming for each species. The youth who attended stated that they “learned something.” The experience of the youth ranged from first year livestock shower’s to very experienced. |
