| Impact Report | Practices held for Novices and Juniors going to district in Ft Sumner included 4 Horticulture, 6 Home Ec Bowl, 4 Home Ec Skill-a-thon and 3 Consumer. There were not any participants in the consumer practices, the other practices averaged 4 youth per practice. These 4-Hers competed in District Contest with the Home Ec Bowl team placing 2nd, the Skill-a-thon teams placing 1st and 5th and the Horticulture teams placing 1st and 5th. We had the high point in junior horticulture and junior skill-a-thon individuals and several other individual placings. 4-hers learn a variety of life skills studying for these contest and increase their knowledge. |
