Impact Report | Objective #4, (new members), #11 (2-3 members), #18 (members for at least 4 years) School Enrichment County 4-H Agent provides quality educational experiences through cooperation with classroom teachers. 367 second grade youth gained knowledge related to the embryology of an egg through the Egg to Chick Program. Youth learned about the embryological process of eggs and they also learned that what they do or don’t do can dramatically affect the outcome of another life. The kids learn responsibility, disease prevention, and learn how to be nurturing. According to one teacher, “The students learn about the cycle of life through the egg-to-chick program.” |
