Impact Report | Objective #1 (new members), #8 (members for 2-3 years), #15 (members for at least 4 years) Workshops, Clinics & Trainings 3 4-H members attended a record book workshop. Youth received information on different methods of record keeping, the main parts of a record book and how to set goals. 100% of youth reported an increase in knowledge related to record books. 67% of youth reported an increase in mastery skills such as planning and organizing, self-motivation and goal setting skills. 5 4-H members attended a countywide Showmanship Workshop. Youth received hands on training related to showmanship techniques and appropriate attire. Based on observation 100% of youth reported an increase in knowledge related to showmanship techniques. 80% of youth reported an increase in mastery skills such as planning and organizing and stress management. |
