| Impact Report | In December 2008 the Dona Ana County Cooperative Extension Service was selected for a routine Civil Rights audit by USDA-CSREES. The Federal Auditors reviewed 2 years of program files and met will all staff over a 2-day period to fully assess Civil Rights efforts. The auditors gave very positive feedback citing examples of parity representation among program participants, and the availability of programs and information in Spanish. Files were found to be organized. Suggestions for improvement were minor and the commitment of the Dona Ana County Extension Service to Civil Rights efforts was noted by auditors. |
