Impact Report | County Program Director, Home Economist participated in the EEO training provided for the Cooperative Extension Service via Centra. Maintaining the Otero County civil rights files is discussed at the monthly staff meetings with all employees. Affirmative Action and ADA statement are used on all flyers, program announcements, and advertisements for the Otero County Extension Office. Mass media, flyers, letters, website and email are utilized to inform potential recipients of Cooperative Extension programs and of opportunities to participate. The County Program Director, Home Economist communicates with the 4-H Clubs and Extension Association Clubs regarding the value of diversity and the expectations for equal opportunity requirements. |
