| Impact Report | Shooting sports is popular project within our county. The county has approximately 63% of its 4-H members who are involved with shooting sports. This past year the county had over 165 participants at the Doņa Ana County shooting sport contest where 30 seniors traveled to Raton NM to participate in the State Contest, and 31 juniors and novice traveled to Reserve NM to the district contest. The Doņa Ana County shooting sports youth were also awarded $500 from the National Wild Turkey Federation for helping out with their annual banquet. |
