| Impact Report | Emergency Preparedness A workshop was given to each of the EANM clubs on Emergency Preparedness. The backpacks and packaged emergency packs were shown and discussed. Members increased their knowledge on what they might need in order to be ready for an emergency in their home and on the road. Because we have had two major snow storms in the past two years, the members were interested in what was available. This program was also set up at the Union County Health Fair and at the Union County Fair. From the information provided, we have had several people come into the office and ask about purchasing the pack and/or more information on preparedness. An estimates 800 people were reached with the information. |
