Impact Report | Extension Club Program “Almost Homemade” was one of the topics chosen at the program planning meeting by the Chaves County Extension Clubs. Two members from each club attended the training and then presented the information to their club members resulting in 100 members and guests being trained in this subject matter. Participants gained knowledge in food preparation, meal planning, recipe adjustments and how to use store bought prepared foods along with fresh ingredients. One hundred fifty (150) Leader Training booklets were also distributed at Eastern New Mexico State Fair, along with a display booth on this subject matter. |
