Impact Report All reasonable efforts are carried out to ensure equal access and integration of 4-H clubs and programs. Grant County CES program will adhere to all civil rights laws in regards to programming and employment. All newsletters, fliers and educational materials that leave the Grant County Office have the EEO and discriminatory statement. Advisory boards and committees are diverse with respect to gender, ethnicity, and community representation and are representative of the population in Grant County. The USDA " and Justice for All poster showing the nondiscrimination policy statement and how to file a civil rights complaint are prominently displayed in office areas. There is equality, fairness, and respect in the use of Extension work facilities, including support for educators, paraprofessionals, secretarial and support staff. A civil rights review was performed for Grant County, with a positive outcome.
