Impact Report | 54 youth attended Rio Arriba County 4-H Camp held at Ghost Ranch. Youth participated in hands on workshops and activities designed to increase life skills related to critical thinking, problem solving, citizenship, teamwork, self esteem, and other skills. Senior 4-H members served as counselors completing leadership training and field experience. A majority of the youth reported an increase in knowledge and skills/4 basic needs related to critical thinking, problem solving, citizenship, teamwork, self esteem, and other skills One camper/counselor who is a first year 4-H’er and a multi-year FFA’er stated: “I am going to be more involved in 4-H because of the great experience.” |
