Impact Report | Keeping civil rights files up to date is discussed at the monthly staff meetings with all employees. Provided new 4-H Agent with civil rights 4-H Youth and Development file guide and reviewed the documentation required, where files are kept, and resources available on the NMSU website with new employee. Affirmative Action and ADA statement are used on all fliers, program announcements, and advertisements for the Otero County Extension Office. Communicated with the Extension Association Clubs (EANM) and 4-H Clubs the value of diversity and the expectations for equal opportunity requirements. Requested Otero County EANM Clubs and 4-H Clubs to complete the annual statement of club certification form. All clubs completed the annual certification form and forms have been filed. |
