| Impact Report | Throughout the year the officer team met periodically to plan activities and prepare for meetings. The officer team put on a workshop for county members on parliamentary procedure. The team gave a presentation and led hands on activities that helped illustrate the fundamentals of Roberts Rules of Order. The team was able to present this work shop at a County Fair Board meeting as well as a county council meeting. The officer team was also instrumental in planning and conducting the County Contest Carnival. Members of the team conducted activities at each of the carnival booths helping 4-Hers learn about the various contests offered at the county level. Of the 6 members on the team 100% currently serve as officers within their own clubs as well as serving in leadership positions in other organizations such as student council and FFA. All of them plan to continue serving in a leadership role in the upcoming year. |
