| Impact Report | A leaders meeting was conducted for two new adult volunteer leaders, increasing their knowledge and skills related to organizing meetings, project planning, 4-H opportunities and training opportunities for leaders. 90% of new leaders reported that the orientation was beneficial and would make them better leaders for the youth they serve. |
