| Impact Report | This agent has worked with leaders throughout the year to build relationships and see how well the adult leaders are doing in Catron County. This year has looked promising for adding new leaders to the 4-H program. These leaders range for a couple that is going to take on the Shooting Sports Project in Quemado, Many people that are going to be helping with a horsearama that will be held next spring. The agent has worked with Club leaders on parliamentary procedure and general meeting manners as well as indentifying areas where leader training will be effective. |
