| Impact Report | Agent along with office staff completed civil rights review. Agent and staff worked to update files for the review and learned organizational methods to keep them updated. Discussion at staff meetings also helps to remind the agent of the importance of the demographics of Lea County and ways that all audiences can be reached. Agent has had to rely on ESL teachers in various school programs to help with presentations to students who are Spanish speaking only. Through advisory committee and meetings with school administrators, the agent has made adjustments so that all youth are able to learn from lessons provided. |
