| Impact Report | Civil rights files were maintained throughout the year and filed in compliance with Civil Rights policy. A anti-discrimination statement is printed on all publications, news releases, announcements, and monthly newsletters presented to the public. The Home Economist participated in a Civil Rights review on April 15, 2008 where files were reviewed and found to be compliant. Several efforts have been made to included non-traditional clientele in programs offered by the Home Economist such as programs for the elderly, groups with primarily Hispanic participants, and programs in locations where youth are not traditionally recruited as 4-H members. |
