| Impact Report | STATE RECORD BOOK TRAINING Ten 4-H youth attended a state record book workshop. Youth received information on different methods of record keeping, the components of a state record book and how to set goals. 95% of youth reported an increase in knowledge related to record books. Youth reported an increase in mastery skills such as planning and organizing, self motivation and goal setting skills. Three senior members submitted state record books and were awarded trips to the National 4-H Congress. |
