| Impact Report | 4-H BANQUET Seven 4-H youth served as keynote speakers, emcees, pledge leaders and presenters at the annual county 4-H Awards Banquet, increasing their public speaking skills and giving leadership to the overall program. Members received pins, medals and plaques in recognition of their achievements and increase in life skills related to mastery, belonging, generosity and independence throughout the program year. Over 200 members, leaders and guests attended the event. The growth and development of the 4-H youth is evident through their abilities to complete a record book, set and obtain goals and the leadership skills they exhibit as they host the event. |
