| Impact Report | August 24; The 2008 Albuquerque Tomato Fiesta I put on two ½ hour cooking demos. The first session I made gazpacho and swiss steak and the second session I made tubule and a tomato past dish using recipes from the Tomato Fiesta cook book. I had over 100 people in all sit and listen to part of my demo but definitely lined up to sample. The Fiesta was well advertised and there were many more people attended this year’s event than last years. |
